Rob was incredible. He helped us from the early stages of our search, all the way through a bidding war to get us the home that we really wanted. Better still, he coordinated with our mortgage provider to arrange favorable closing terms for our revised offer, making sure that it was the terms that won us the (suddenly) popular home - not our price (we were the lowest bid on the table!).

He's really knowledgeable and always shared that knowledge with us regarding different aspects of the homes we saw (from insulation material used, to types of flooring material) and how they impacted value.

He also advised us, at times, to just walk away from a home and not get emotionally invested -- a quality that I was really glad to see in our representative, since it showed that he cared more about us than the sale.

Overall, if you're working with Rob - you're in great hands. Can't recommend enough!
